About Me

I am Ishwarya Anand, Artistic Director of True Path Arts Academy and a passionate Bharatanatyam dancer with many years of experience. As a disciple of the legendary Guru Padmavibushan Dr. Padma Subrahmanyam, I have been privileged to master the Bharata Nrityam style, an exquisite blend of music, dance, and spiritual expression. My artistic journey has been further honed under the mentorship of senior disciple Ramya Venkataraman.
As the Artistic Director, my vision for True Path Arts Academy is to nurture the next generation of artists through comprehensive training in Bharatanatyam. With a commitment to preserving India's cultural heritage, I aim to expand the academy's curriculum to include Carnatic music and instrumental lessons, fostering a holistic exploration of our rich traditions.
About Accompanying Artists

A versatile performer, Meenakshi has mesmerized audiences with her Carnatic concerts and devotional bhajans. Her bhajan team secured first runners-up in Bhajan Samrat Season-4 on SriSankara TV, earning her national recognition. In 2013, she founded Sumadyuti Sangeetha Vidyalayam, where she trains both children and adults in Carnatic music, bhajans, improvisation, and performance techniques. Her structured teaching approach has helped students excel in music exams, competitions, and live performances. Committed to preserving Carnatic traditions, Meenakshi continues to inspire the next generation through her performances and teaching, leaving a lasting impact on the classical music community.
Sudarshan Sridharan is a distinguished Mridangam artist with decades of experience in both performance and teaching. He began his musical journey at the age of 10 and has since performed at numerous prestigious platforms across India and abroad, showcasing his exceptional skill and deep understanding of Carnatic percussion. His performances, often marked by intricate rhythms and flawless technique, have earned him a reputation as one of the leading mridangam artists of his generation.
Shravan and Satvik Srinivasan, are exceptionally talented young musicians who have been honing their skills in Carnatic violin and vocal music for the past six years. Under the guidance of their esteemed mentors, Shri Akkarai S. Swaminathan and Vidushi Akkarai S. Sornalatha, they have made remarkable progress in both their instrumental and vocal performances.
Hari Santhosh is a multi-talented musician with extensive knowledge and proficiency in a widerange of musical instruments. His versatility spans across several genres, and his deepunderstanding of both traditional and contemporary music has earned him recognition on globalstages. Over the years, Hari has performed in a variety of concerts across the globe, including countries like India, Singapore, and North America, where he has showcased his exceptional skills as a performer and sound engineer.
For the past few years, Akshath has been at the forefront of rhythm, commanding the stage as the lead electric drummer. The moment he picks up his sticks and takes position behind the kit, everything else fades — it's just him, his electric drum set, and the beat. Akshath plays with the mastery and confidence of someone far beyond his years, blending electronic sounds with raw energy. Every strike, roll, and fill is deliberate, carefully crafted through countless hours of focused practice and an undeniable passion for rhythm.
Though Akil may be small in stature, he’s a powerhouse when it comes to karaoke. With a couple of years of drumming experience, he plays with playful precision, but it’s his lead vocals that truly steal the show. Akil’s deep passion for AJR shines through every song he sings. Whether he’s belting out “Bang!”, “World’s Smallest Violin,” or “Way Less Sad,” Akil doesn’t just sing — he takes charge of the stage with big, confident vocals and an infectious energy that captivates everyone in the room. His AJR karaoke performances are a full-on spectacle, filled with expressive moves, vibrant stage presence, and a talent that leaves everyone smiling.
